Privacy & cookies

Last updated 23 October 2026.

This notice explains how IGNITE Events Ltd, trading as IGNITE Studios (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, make an enquiry or book our studios.

Who we are

IGNITE Events Ltd is the data controller. It is registered in England and Wales, company no. 09052863, with its registered office at 1st Floor, 5 Century Court, Tolpits Lane, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 9PX.

What we collect

  • Details you give us through our forms or by phone: your name, company, email, phone number and information about your event.
  • How you found us, such as the advert, search engine or website that sent you, and the page you first visited. We record this with your enquiry so we know which marketing works.
  • Booking and billing details if you book with us.
  • Website usage data collected by analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract).
  • To deliver and invoice a booking (performance of a contract).
  • To understand which marketing brings enquiries (legitimate interests).
  • To measure our website and advertising using cookies (your consent).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), email provider and accounting software, and only as far as they need it. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and financial records are kept for six years to meet legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Use our enquiry form or call 020 7754 5453 and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice and how you arrived, so it can be attached to an enquiry you send. With your permission we also use Google Analytics and the OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads pixel to measure visits and enquiries from our adverts. You can change your choice at any time.
